SHIPPING TIPS AND INFORMATION:

 

Bush Orders are picked up by USPS on Tuesday and Friday. Certain holidays may affect the shipping schedule.

 

Due to size and weight restrictions, actual shipping costs may vary from website pricing. We will contact you if this is the case.

Fedex Home Delivery Items MUST fit within our FedEx box, which is 24” L x 17” W x 8.5” H. 

 

Fedex Home Delivery Fee: $7.95 for orders up to 30 pounds, $10.95 for packages weighing 31-49 pounds. Anyone who purchases a 50lb bag of product is subject to pay the actual shipping rate from Fedex or USPS. 

 

Fedex Home Delivery orders take approximately 1-2 business days to be delivered, once shipped.

Shipping: All products are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or Fedex. Items will be combined to the best of our ability in a way that minimizes customers shipping costs. We do not ship liquids or aerosols per company policy. Please also note items marked as "Non Mailable."

 

AT THIS TIME, we are not mailing out any orders outside of Alaska through our website. For order inquiries out of Alaska, please call our customer service team at 907-276-6016 or email them at orders@alaskamillandfeed.com. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

 

We use USPS Priority for our standard shipping method for Alaska and have no per order weight limit to orders within Alaska.

 

We offer USPS Priority Mail for orders 60lbs and less to Alaskan addresses. For Priority Mail orders over 60lbs to an Alaskan address, please call (907)276-6016.

 

 

 

RETURN POLICY
ALL REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT.

Unopened products may be returned with the original sales receipt
Opened/Used products are SUBJECT TO MANUFACTURER POLICY (If there is no manufacturer policy, we will be happy to return them as long as they are in like-new condition including all instructions and hardware and accompanied by a receipt)
