How to Use It
- Fill the Hopper: Load the spreader with the granular product you’re using, up to the 6.25 lb capacity.
- Set the Dial: Adjust the orange dial to the setting recommended on the product label you’re applying.
- Activate and Walk: Power on the spreader, engage HandyLock™, and walk at a steady pace while holding the spreader at your side. Maintain overlapping passes about 5 feet apart for even coverage.
- Edge Application: For edges, use the EdgeGuard® pattern to keep the product on the turf and off adjacent hard surfaces.
- After Use: Turn off the unit, empty leftover product back into the bag, and clean the hopper if product may clog or absorb moisture.
