- Spread this at a rate of 3-4lbs per 1000sq.ft.
- After spreading use a lawn roller to tamp down the seed
- Seeds need good contact with soil in order to germinate
- Keep the soil moist during the germination period
- Mow when the grass reaches three inches
- After three mows, the lawn is considered established
